Yes, very bad service from the staffs here, impatient, impolite, and rude. We are not familiar with the product code and there is no product code in any of the brochures of the parts of the bottle. Hence we ordered wrongly but we are still in the shop and request for cancellation but yet it is not able to be cancelled. At the end, option of item replacement is given where one of the staffs said "no need to make noise". This is very rude, as we do not speak out loud, just request if we can cancel rather simply choose any of the items that we do not need. Anyway, no more next time.
