Very unprofessional work environment to work in or for. Unless you are an Dole employee. Management is very racist. I believe the lady that does drug testing should be tested herself. She called me all the way out there for a pay card with my child. I get their she tells me to return the boots. She never told me to bring the boots. This place is backwards; according to her the first day. She told me that the boots would be coming out of my first check. Not only that she had security to threaten to call the police just because I’m black. Let’s not forget I had my two year old son with me. Very bad experience just moving here from Atlanta, GA stay away from this job. Unless your just desperate and need the money coming in. They give you no set shift. There’s mandatory overtime. You will work like a slave; they have main employees that are white and have been no calls no shows. But they keep them. They should be shut down or either get new management. I will be in touch with corporate in Lumberton, NC. Linda should really be drug tested herself and the old lady that sits behind her should have no job there. It is basically an enslavement plant. They have given Dole a bad name for itself and Members and the work environment there. They only treat the negroes wrong. Now the white people are very privileged. Sad to say because we are in 2019. But unless you need a quick weekly check to catch up on bills and can deal with black labor and racism “STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”!
