I had the occasion to rent a truck from U-Haul in April. It was reserved for my pick-up and returned within the same day. I was impressed with the competent, polite service from the young staff and professional attitude of the manager, especially since I am a senior citizen and generally too aware of the lack of customer service skill of today's young workforce. My only criticism is for the young lady who serviced a second rental contract, and found it necessary to "SPEED-READ" the relevant information, which reflected her impatience to perform the repetitive task of her job. Since the reading was unitelligentable, it was a waste of her time and mine.

They stealing the money...Horrible service, this is the very very bad experience that I never see in my life, I went there to rent a van and my estimated cost was $74 included about 20 miles, so I did 78 miles which cost $85 for the miles. I dropped the car the same day at 7:45pm and the next I get my bill and it was $193... god.They checked the car the next day at 3:47 pm and charges me everything for two days with rental taxes and fees that I never understand. When I call nobody pick up, I went there two times to get refund they said 3 to 5 business days , come back and speak to the manager but I never get my money back. Plaese please don’t go to the place . This guys stealing the money, since they have your credit card information they gonna charge you for something else.

Horrible experience. Employee arrived there late. Stated that a truck was available, however when my husband and I went to ask again he stated that the truck wasn’t available. Wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Worst place ever I went to get a propane tank filled. Walked into the lobby and girl at the counter told me someone would meet me outside 20 min after no one ever showed

I will never use uhaul ever again! Charges were taken out of my account without any notification or phone call from the manager. I’ve only had the truck for a few hours, charges that were well over a thousand dollars! It was absurd to see that they tried to take out 5 different transactions. Poor customer service and a lack of communication.
