Its a big place with everything you need. A few years ago the service wasnt great; there was always like 5 people in line and only 1 person at the register who barely knows how to use the register and always had to call other people for help. BUT this has hreatly imoroved and service is good, so no real ckmllaints now.

Slowest employees in the world ... all trainees ! They don’t even let you park your personal vehicle inside during rental , their system always crashes !

The people are nice and generally trying to help. But if you DO have a problem, each location of UHaul is separately managed with no central authorities to assist you. That's insane for a company that's supposed to be helping you with long distance moves.Even calling the corporate customer service number gets you nowhere! Very Frustrating!

I frequently go to this uhaul . The employees can be very rude and never seem to know how to do there jobs . Never inside at the desk when I go to get my truck I reserved .

Movers beware. If you are moving with their pods they only deliver one or two days out of the week. Truck comes from LA. I will further review my no-so-good experience with my move from Portland, OR to Cathedral City after our delivery today. I am not confident at this point all will go well but am hoping for the best and they redeem themselves from this chaotic move.

I would avoid this place at all costs. Besides having an incredibly surly manager they do not follow the latest regulations. I caught them in a big error regarding LPG. They said they follow corporate not federal/ state regulations. In other words they pick and choose what regulations to follow. I can only imagine how that can impact the safety of their fleet and yours.
