Fraud, they charge an entire extra day if you choose to return at 9am when store opens rather than 54 min earlier before they opened with after hours checkin. Do not give the crooks money

Poor customer service. I arrived and believed I was the only person in the entire facility. Finally after about 15 minutes, two guys decided to help me. I rented a uhaul and was told I had 24 hours to bring it back. The price was advertised in Large, bold, numbers/letters! I ended up returning the Uhaul on the same day, at the after hours return via uahaul's app only to be Extremely Overcharged! Unacceptable and just wrong! This isn't rocket science folks, please get it together!

I came at 9 AM on a Saturday. The place already had a line, and was moving very slowly. This wasn't helped by the fact that the staff behind the counter seemed to believe that they were on a sitcom instead of at work. The line was held up by the employees socializing with customers, themselves, and apparent family members who came in while I was still waiting in line. Then, after I finally made it to the front, they wanted to hang out and talk to me! I had to pick up a car to take to a recycling center, which closes at 11 AM. Spending an hour in line watching the employees goof off, and then having them direct me to the trailers by myself, was not the way I wanted to start my long day.

Very rude, never answers phone, always charging me late fees before my due date on my storage unit. My monthly rent for my storage unit is way more than what it was supposed to be. I was supposed to get my first month for free but was hassled to pay that free month . The manager Robert Stalnaker was very disrespectful over the phone with me and also my aunt .

Poorest excuse for a business i every experienced didn't have vehicle ready took and then vehicle wouldn't work tried to tell us it was truck problem when it was the car dolly problem then tried to hook up car dolly to 10 foot truck still problem was car dolly got really rude with us when we said it was the car dolly and said no it was truck car again made us wait forever after all that ended up having to cancel the order couldn't pick up my car because of it rude and bad service and vehicles not in good running condition will never deal with this store again

Tried to charge me a bunch of money saying I was an hour late when I was 5 minutes late. I wont be going back
