This facility was extremely new and clean from the outside into the inside. The truck was also extremely clean. I will be happy to rent here again, if the need arises. I wish more trucks were as clean and more places of business where as clean as this one! The staff was also very helpful as well!

Dont expect to book a truck and to get it from this place. I made a reservation 3 weeks ago and they phoned me a day before my move to say sorry they dont have a truck. I drove to them to see what we can do and they said sorry we cant help! Terrible attitude, no help, useless!!! Rather use Penske or other truck companies, these guys clearly dont care for customers!

DO NOT USE THEM!! Truck was not available when we arrived as reserved for 9 am. We were told the truck we ordered was not returned the previous night and they had no other truck to give us. We were sent 20 minutes away to pick up a different truck. We asked to please have that truck brought to our location and were told that was not posible. The stressed they caused was inexcusable! Use any other truck rental company for your own sanity.

OWNER IS A DICK tried to make me wait 4 days for a hitch setup because he was just straight up lazy. I have to go far to get it done than go all the way there because they had the trailor

After spending 10 minutes on the phone, talking to two different people, having to start all over again with the second, I was told that they didn't have the size truck that I needed on the day that I needed it, after I had given them both pieces of information when I started the conversation.

This was the worst uhaul turn in I've ever experienced. Picking up the truck was fine but whoever runs this uhaul is completely unprofessional and shouldn't even be allowed to be part of the uhaul franchise. Apparently he is a private owner that makes up his own rules and charges ridiculous destination fees if you leave the uhaul truck at another uhaul store. It's really unfortunate how the owner handled the transaction because now it's disputed with the card companies. I will NEVER go here again. The guy was raising his voice with me and acting like a doosh bag. Just make sure you get your plan straight or this place will over charge you like crazy.

Great service. Staff is very accomodating and helpful. Competitive pricing on moving supplies. Will also take back unused supplies with receipt.
