Overall Feedback:

Store is supposed to be open at 10am. No one was there at 10am. I went next door to the pet store as there was a note on the door for FedEx and UPS drivers to leave packages with them if they weren't open oh, and the man informed me that they open at random times. I then called their customer service number the man who answered gave excuses for not being available and was very rude!! You lost a lot of business today!!
