IIHorrific!!!!! Spent 2 days for nothing. I don't have a bank account so they weren't able to prove my income. They need to get a Webster's dictionary and look up the word " emergency". One employee works there, and it takes at least 45 min per person. Just about need documents from the Dr that delivered you at birth to prove anything to them. So ignorant ..

What I say it is Clearing House for programs for low income individuals and Families they help with transportation local the Middle Tennessee area at a very low cost you can sign up for energy Energy bill assistance if available also they can help you with food with the food bank and also commodity I want to point out a special employee over transportation her name is Holly I hope she don't get mad but she is very sweet and goes above and beyond to help everyone thank you Holly

Their Ucart rides are ok. They are usually good with the service, but a month ago, I had a 3pm Dr appt in town. The appt only took about 20mins, and then they never picked me back up. Coincidentally, now they only accept rides to morning appointments---shortly after that incident.
