I bought a vehicle in Uniontown today & stopped at Uniontown Title & Tag to get my title notarized, before heading back into West Virginia, where I am a resident. After asking if I could have my sale notarized, Shannon M, the woman who was helping me got really irritated when I was confused as to why I was supposed to provide paperwork that I had never before had to provide when buying a vehicle in PA. After I handed her my license, she started yelling at me & told me that she didn't know I was from out of state and that she "can't read my mind". I have dealt with many businesses regarding buying a vehicle, and I have never been treated as rudely as I was today by Shannon M. I suggest going down the street to Howell Notary in Smithfield PA, as I did. It may be a few minutes out of the way, but you will be treated with decency, and good customer service.

Shanon is a professional nice and kind Lady. Went above and beyond to notarize my documents especially she knows I travel from SC. After we finished the paperwork she directed me how to go to the Court down town UnionTown to finalize my paperwork. Thanks Shanon it was really nice meeting you.
