Que mala experiencia , que pedante y arrogante una vendedora , Aniuska Gomez , creo que se llama , que mala actitud , te quiere vender el seguro que ella quiere y no el que tu le pides o necesitas , no tiene ni idea de lo que es servicio al.cliente ,es tan arrogante que dice que estaba seguro que yo iba a regresar ,porque segun ella ese era el mejor precio que iba a encontrar , cosa que no fue asi, creo que la tienen ahi para espantar a los clientes .No tiene ninguna habilidad como vendedora y una actitud agresiva hacia los posibles clientes!

Called this office to request a quote, I was asked an insane amount of questions.. Was told it would take the agent about 15 min to get a quote.. I called after lunch time , left a msg .. Never got a call back .24hrs later I decided to call and complain with the manager, who seemed very disappointed considering the fact they lost not one but 2 prospective clients. I was skeptic about all the bad reviews online regarding univista.. Decided to try on my own just to find out they were all accurate.
