Great Experience! Very easy to work with and professional. Had my project completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Time saver in being able to work with a company that offers everything you need under one roof and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They were able to take care of designing my project and logo, printing it, assembling it for distribution, shipping it and are warehousing other supplies for upcoming tradeshows. Valued partner!

We've been customers for over 6 years now, but never have we had such poor, rude customer service!Got pricing from them as always, but, because times are tight, we also got pricing from others as well. Once UG gave pricing and we agreed, they came back with additional charges. We said NO and dropped it, then went with another vendor. That was Jan '10, then we got a bill for cancellation of the order here in April! BOGUS!! We never agreed to the new charges and so never had an order. Feel like they weren't playing fair!!
