Easy to work with, always make themselves available to help at a moment's notice, do top-quality work, are innovative, and all-around great guys. As a new business owner where our online presence is critical, establishing a web presence that was sleek, easy-to-use, and highly visual were our goals. Up & Running saw the vision that we had and put it to print beautifully. We are constantly complimented by our patients on the site. Wouldn't look further than this group if you are looking to build a website, update an existing website, or grow your overall branding presence.

Mike and the team at Up and Running are the best. They do great work, and they are willing to take the time necessary to make a great website.In my experience, they were very collaborative in their approach, and while they brought a wealth of experience and excellent ideas to the table, they were willing to listen and test out my ideas, as well. They also understand the idea that businesses are evolving things and that the website will need to evolve accordingly. They generously sat down with me regularly for several months to make adjustments. They easily adapt their style according to the business or project they are designing for. Their clients include banks, restaurants, and small boutique stores, but for my project (a movie website) they quickly got into the mind-set of a filmmaker and were able to make a very commercial and appealing film website. Very grateful for their help, and I recommend them highly.

Disappointed!! The most unprofessional company that I've ever dealt with. Horrible communication! Made me feel as if everything was my fault. I drove all the way to Bismarck for a meeting with them and they are no way to be found. Had to reschedule the meet for a different day and at that meeting the owner smelled so bad that it made my stomach turn!

We have been working with them for years, absolutely amazing designers. The creativity is endless and they have the skills to get that creativity out into media. They will take the time you need, change ideas, and make your vision a reality. Or, if you are starting from a blank canvas, they can design things you would never imagine. Hiring Up and Running Design was the best money we have ever spent!!!!!

Needless to say, our consultation was not short and I would recommend them to anyone based on this customer service quality alone ... and that doesn't even begin to cover the other services they offer.
