To good for their own customers...5 years ago the President of US Nameplate (Mr. A. Novetzke) came calling to our business soliciting during a ski trip. We were struggling for a new label supplier and gave them a shot. Pricing and quality were excellent, even a tour of thier Iowa office was impressive, but desire for a consistent customer like us soon faded as they grew and grew to a substantially successful label company. Recently we were told that our business was difficult for them and they would prefer to release us as a customer and told us to go somewhere else? Wow! What intelligent businessman releases a good paying easy to work with customer? Our only conclusion is a loss of vision into what business is all about. Well Mr Novetzke, I'm sure if your predecessors knew how your run your business model they would certainly be rolling thier eyes and saying "shame on you sir" for pushing away a good paying consistent customer. Good luck as luck is what you will need.
