Every year we get the cheer and dance dvd and this year they sent by mail the wrong dvd and I’ve sent 15 emails and no one had ever returned my emails. I want the dvd I paid for. They aren’t free poor customer service. Did I mention no one ever answer the phone number listed to reach. Scammers
