Feedback:
Some of the staff is utterly rude (aka VERY. classist and ableist.) every time my baby and i come. Every thing is unsanitary and they keep it overly hot in there which obviously carries germs. Never going back again. Two years of discrimination. The one lady who I shared a photo of, talks to my baby like he isn’t even a baby/human being. Same goes with me, but to talk to an innocent child in her tone of voice is repulsive! (The pic I posted is the look she always has on her face. To the children too. It is like she is evil?)(Edit:) after almost a year of not coming back, my now 3 year old and I went to take a visit and haven’t seen that dehumanizing lady that often. We feel a little more comfortable and safer coming back. But the librarians still have some superior complex and seem to not like children. Why have a big childrens section when all they do is pick on the parents i have witnessed including myself and the kids as well which is worse. I have recordings as proof and things need to change.
