Client Review on TCC Terms of Service, LLC
Feedback:
I have never had a good experience in this store. But today was by far the worst. I go in for a problem, and was told I had two people in front of me. No problem I tell him I need to speak to a manger and was told he was ( name is Philip). I went and sat down. The man he was help is done and leaves. He moves on to the next female she tells him he can help me first. His words to this customer Was “ she is here to complain, I’d rather help you first” Supper embarrassing and very unprofessional. My husband stops in on the way to pick up our kids and starts to tell the manger some of the problems we are having. The manger walks away to answer the phone and my husband had to leave. When Philip gets off the phone the first thing he tells me is “I don’t know what his issue is” another very unprofessional statement. I start telling him everything and tell him the comments he is making is not very appropriate and I would not like him to do it. He tells me “ he was making jokes and making the situation lighter“ I told him “ I did not appreciate it” he told me in a very sarcastic rude voice “ he won’t ever ever make jokes with me anymore...” then rolled his eyes at me. I told him I was gonna call corporate since this store messed everything up for me and dose not want to fix the issue. He told me “sounds good, Please do” This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen come from a manager. Not only is it embarrassing him telling other customers that I am there to complain when he has no idea what the situation is yet, it was Extremely disrespectful and rude. Ultimately I came in to resolve a billing situation for services that I never received. This is a ongoing situation that has been going on for eight months and has not been resolved. This has been sent to a debt collector and is now affecting my credit. Something needs to be done. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service that I never received.
