Vernon communications co-op is by far the best internet provider in Vernon County. I have their fiber optic internet & it's screaming fast. I never have any issues with down time. Top notch company & service.

I've never had a problem that Vernon Communications hasn't been able to solve quickly and professionally. Their tv service is awesome in comparison to Direct TV or Dish Network. Working with a local company is always better than a huge, national conglomerate!

153.00 dollars a month for 10 megabit internet and basic cable with limited HD channels, robbery. And on a good day, if I run a speed test I might get 5 of the ten. The cable is out quite frequently and is glitchy and freezes constantly. Clearly they are an EOE .

Service is consistently inconsistent. This month alone my service has been out 4 times and its only mid month. The after hours service consists of someone asking you to unplug your modem for a few seconds and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, you have to wait until the next business day and hope someone shows up. If its on a Friday night, you're out of service until Monday, at best. Unfortunately in a rural community with no other options, we're stuck with them until another option comes along.

I had issues with my computer connecting to the wifi therefore I took it to the Viroqua office to have my computer looked at. I was VERY unsatisfied with my service while they had my computer for a little over 2 weeks. They failed to return voicemails and overall were very difficult to get a hold of. They had left me a voicemail and when I returned the call shortly after to only have to leave a voicemail myself. I then received a call a few days later wondering what I would like to do with my computer which I told them in my returned voicemail to the office. When I received my computer back my keyboard was broken. I called to the office and all of the computer repair staff were gone before closing time. I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from the Vernon Communications and will not be taking my computer back for any repairs or issues. Would not recommend.
