Juan was referred to me by another insurance agent who I used in the past, but who didn't work with Medicare. Juan scheduled an office meeting with me, helped me understand my Medicare options and helped me select an initial plan which met my current needs. We set up regular follow up meetings to review the Medicare coverage and change as necessary. As a retired CPA, I greatly appreciate Juan's professionalism and straightforward business approach.

Juan Farias is a top notch agent. He was Extremely helpful in getting Medicare started for my husband 2 years ago! We felt overwhelmed at the mere thought of navigating the Medicare process. However, Juan walked us through it all with patience and genuine concern. He helped us every step of the way. Anytime we have needed help or guidance, he has always been prompt to reply to an email or message. When questions have arisen about changes in a prescription drug plan or any Medicare related question, Juan replies promptly and makes the whole process “understandable”. My wife and I moved back to the states from Canada this past May. I had no idea how to work the "system" here. Medicare, gap insurance, prescription plans ... what a mine field! But Juan at Vibrant walked me through that mine field the precision of a surgeon. He got me settled into the Medicare Part B, the supplemental insurance and the prescription plan. And it's a good thing! My wife and I have been struggling with a plethora of issues since moving back and have paid close to nothing! We would have paid much more in Canada.
