This State Farm agency is the worst I've ever dealt with as a State Farm customer for 28+ years. They will not return phone calls. Improper billing. Everyone there seems to be confused about every question I had. I continued to try and give them the chance to work it out for 4 months. Finally fed up with their incompetence and went with another company altogether. Corporate also didn't seem to want to help resolve the issues. Never again.
