Called about a low lying rg6 cable and within 30 minutes they were out to repair. They actually motivated the roofers who were sitting in their truck because of a light drizzle. Appreciate the quick response.

High prices for terrible service. Dial up was better then this bs. You better off trying to get a dog to speak english. This is ridiculous.

The cable service is horrible.We have to call tech support at least once a week and we have a DVR box that has been updating for two days and the solution is get a new box you lose all your DVR recordings you pay way too much for the service you receive.

Internet service is horrible!! Never get the speed I pay for when it decides to work. Sadly, I have to turn off my WiFi to write this review since my internet is down. The only reason this is getting one star is because there’s no option for zero. Worst. Service. Ever.
