Was with the company for 3 years. A lot of the staff are amazing, and some of the staff could care less about their employees. In the last year in a half its gone downhill. Its like they didnt have much interest in me or my other fellow coworkers. They micromanage like theyre on a powertrip. Some vision employees are very good a making you feel unwelcomed. I would never go back to vision. I would definitely recommend Areotek staffing first?. They have a way better review rating, they got me a very high paying job and I felt like they actually take an interest with me.
