Totally incompetent company with a serious lack of attention to detail. Visionary was informed of my new address at the closing of the sale of my house and again by my realtor. Yet they sent refunds of monies owed to me to the house I just sold! The new owners of the house had to inform me that Visionary had sent mail there. Otherwise I would never have known. Additionally, Visionary overpaid my ex-wife by over eleven hundred dollars at the closing, requiring her to satisfy the debt by writing me a personal check. This was uncalled for and any reputable company would have caught these mistakes before they occurred. If you deal with this company all I can say is check their paperwork more than once!
