Absolutely horrible service, quality, etc. I went in for labels/stickers for my products. I tried emailing at first, and never got a response after waiting 2 weeks to hear back. I then called and made an appointment, and the designer had clearly forgotten about the appointment made over the phone and had to wait a good 20 mins to be seen. It then took multiple email tries and a phone call for the company to see the file I sent them to print. When I called when I was told my job was supposed to be ready a few days later it was clear that they had forgotten to do my job or had drastically fallen behind, because I was told it wouldn't be ready that day and to call back by noon the next day. Finally, after a month of this hellacious process I got my labels....and after looking them over they were cut badly/unevenly and I had to get them to reprint them again. I got reprints the next day and still have some labels that weren't up to par, but at that point I was done dealing with the Visual Concepts crew, their lack of professionalism and being at their dingy building wreaking of weed. I like to support local businesses, but I've decided never to do business again here. I'm not sure how other people are writing great reviews after what I experienced, but perhaps they're friends of the owners or something.
