HIGHLY recommend this company! We have used them for about two years now, and we can attribute them to a lot of our success. We are currently going through a name change and Vital Storm is really helping us transition all of our web platforms as well as let our existing customer base know. They have made this process easy and seamless for us. Our Customer account Representative Sara M. is extremely responsive and always helping us move forward. I honestly don't know what we would do without Sara or the rest of the Vital Storm team. If you're looking to take your business to the next level this is the company.

This company is apparently mostly interested in taking your money and building their recurring revenue stream. I signed up early this year and paid my $750 setup fee for the first 30 days. Vital Storm then started my Google AdWords campaign. However, after the first month I had a huge increase in leads from my normal SEO and paused the AdWords. However, Vital Storm continued to charge my account the minimum $650 per month for the next 3 months for "management fees" even though they didn't do one thing, nada, zilch. I asked them to pause the monthly fee until I hired enough people to restart advertising but they wouldn't. Finally I cancelled the service. And then they had the gall to charge me another month! Their contract is not that clear so it wasn't worth disputing. Another instance of Buyer Beware. Everyone in digital marketing tends to over promise results.

I sent in a request for contact over a week ago and still have yet to hear from this company. It is very unprofessional to say that you will contact the person within a certain amount of time then not do it.
