My agent had no idea what was going on, didn’t follow through on his word and just seemed incompetent. Called and spoke with Andy who assured me he’d be my agent from then on. Got a message from the former agent 3 months later saying he’d sold his book of business to another agency and that my plan went with it since apparently I was still his customer. Didn’t say who just that all my plans would stay the same but at some completely different company. Emailed Mr. Voss for clarification and never even got a response back. Still not sure what agency is even brokering my insurance.
