WOW, WOW, WOW....just about all I can say about the shopping experience with this team. I have been in customer service for a straight 30 yrs and have NEVER come across someone that I would consider my equal. I would tell the owners of this company that they are SUPER lucky to have an employee like Roxanne. This woman didn't stop trying to please me with any accommodation she could to make my order happen, and that is what she did for us. I could go on and on since an experience like this one so rarely happens. So I hope that someone who is jaded by lazy customer service reps will give this team a shot. Thank you Roxanne for giving me EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and an opportunity to believe that there is really a couple of us that still care. WE LOVE OUR SUITS!!!!!!!!!!!
