Great team- awesome opportunity for growth. Not only have I personally done business with Matt, I'm familiar with his business proceedings as well. Matt and his team are passionate leaders whose focus on growth is both positive and supportive. If you're looking for employment in an environment where your efforts are guaranteed to be recognized, where you'll be trained to do the best job possible, and where your leadership potential is spotted and developed, then don't hesitate to contact Waypoint to see if they're interviewing. He's got great fashion sense, too, which is a huge plus ;)

Their job application description is aggressive to certain groups such as cyclists and openly promotes texting and driving. Obviously a closed minded bullying-perpetuating group.
