I have worked with Web Teks over the past 3-4 years on various projects. I have always enjoyed the lively team spirit, the unstoppable "get it done" attitude, and the professional way the Web Teks team attacks a project. Of course, attitude alone does not deliver projects. The Web Teks staff have excellent technical skills that make the team great to work with, and they are a constant source of top notch information when solving leading edge, complex problems. When our next challenging project comes up, I will look to Web Teks for a quality solution.

Web Teks, Inc. has been the Presenting Sponsor of the Hope Celebrity Golf Classic for the last 3 years. They have also provide "At no charge" a website, social media strategy and maintenance of all Still Hope Foundation's technical needs. All of our dealings have been fantastic! The products work as designed and we are often asked by others for a referral to Web Teks. As a non-profit, it is hard to find quality people that will assist when there is nothing given in return. Dyanne and Tom are quality people and have assisted the foundation in acquiring other donors and resources. I believe you measure a company by their integrity. Web Teks has shown it is a supporter of people but also of the highest integrity. I'm proud of the relationship that Web Teks has established with Still Hope Foundation and all they do in the community!

Horrible! I hope this review can spare others the miserable experience I had. Unfortunately, I did not ask around Hampton Roads enough before selecting WebTeks, or I could have easily avoided wasting tens of thousands of dollars and over a year of my department's time. Since firing WebTeks and asking around, in just a few weeks I have found three other companies that experienced the same horrible quality of service. They will sell you on the idea that they will outline a comprehensive usability document, build you a custom system, handle all the user analysis, etc -- and then they take their pre-built CMS, tweak a few features, apply design you could get from buying a $50 template, claim to do testing although you will find a hundred things broken they missed, and then bill you another $1k for even the smallest changes. I have been hiring agencies for over 20 years and have never worked with people who are so unethical. They are absolute thieves.
