I contacted webacom about a year and a half ago seeking a third party for a credit card fraud dispute. I was a victim of a fraudulent company who claimed would build me a website for my business that cost me thousands of dollars to “develop”. They ended up disappearing with my money. I was advised to find a third party to prove that this company did not do what they said they were going to do to get my money back. I had called two other places before webacom who did not want to help me. When I contacted Jay and his team they told me to come in and tell them my story. I had never been to a business with such honest and giving people. With their hard work and efforts I would have not won my dispute and gotten back $4,500.
