Overall Feedback:

Pleased with our product but poor customer service. We gave them the benefit of the doubt of maybe having a bad day, except that it happened every time we communicated regarding our project. One example during pick up, we wanted to double check our product and sizes before leaving. The response was "we don't usually let people do that.....".
