I am sad to say I did not experience the same satisfaction these recent customers have had. I initially contacted Jason and advised him of my budget. He was out of my price range so I left things alone. Him and his secretary contact me a couple time and finally Jason agreed to work with me for setting up a basic website in my price range. I was ecstatic at first. As soon as I paid him, I was insulted by a comment that left a bad taste in my mouth. Jason said, "Don't expect to get a Macy's or Bloomingdales website". I was taken back and surprised. Once his staff, Anthony, created my website, I was even more surprised. Almost every word was misspelt. The photos were distorted. Tedious things such as putting my phone number all on one line was something I needed to correct. If I knew the schematics of building a website, I could have created my site with the way I had to make corrections like that. Jason's response after it was all said and done was interpreted as "you get what you pay for". My response to that is Yes! I understand you did work for me on a budget, but simple things as spelling and format and getting my company name correct is not something that I should not have had to worry about throughout the entire process. I was content with the final result of the website appearance. I was not satisfied with Jason's attitude towards my site based on my budget, which he pushed to do. In my opinion, if you have a few thousand to drop on a simple website, Jason is your guy. If you are on a budget, and want a basic yet attractive site without worrying about fine tuning the site yourself, find another company to help you. You will not feel comfortable and your site will not get the same respect as if you dropped a few thousand.
