I have taken many clients here. I think the neighborhood is in a great location near the intersection of Rea and Providence. Desirable schools too. As with most Pulte builds, the neighborhood just needs to build some momentum and it will be filled up in no time. You get good value with a Pulte. You just won't have the fancy custom options that others may offer.
