My working relationship with the team began with a question, "Can you be ready to pick up the phone at 4:00 am, responding to media for us by next week?" Without hesitation, they said yes, and delivered on that promise and so much more. Responsiveness is an excellent trait with a PR agency, doing so with an authentic smile in the most stressful of situations, is the next level. We interviewed three other companies, and Lee and his team were the only company to be sincerely enthusiastic about our business and concept, and totally killed it with our public relations.
