So disappointed in the lack luster service for a 20+ year client. I asked this branch to assist me with a notary need from the BOCA Raton corp WF office. When they said they could not do it I asked them to introduce me to their next door neighbor bank to facilitate the transaction. The person at WB said she could not do that and gave me the number to do it myself. It would have been very easy for her to do. They are twenty feet away from each other’s door and I happen to know that they are all friendly...Maui is a very small island. We are a very good WF clients with multiple accounts and it is a Wells Fargo document that I need notarized. This is one of those MISSED OPPORTUNITIES to go the extra step to impress a client. Too bad the training did not include a better overview of the corporate MISSION.
