We have been very pleased with our service from WRT. We have amazing speeds, especially this year coming back to North Dakota and going with the 500 up&down package. Screaming speed with no interruptions. They also have great customer service from what we have experienced.

I can't even play an online game without glitching. I payed for a tech to come out and give me an extender but that did no good. This has been ongoing for years. I will vote for a change in service if I get a chance.

absolutely horrible service. customer service is the worst as well. have tried to figure out our internet problems and they blame our devices and everything else but themselves. internet goes down more times than i can count and they do nothing to fix anything. highly recommend going for a different company.
