If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service reps are competent and courteous, so this isn't directed at them. However management should be fired. Water prices are exorbitant unless you compare it to Rough Hollow. They changed billing providers a few times and we'd see sudden random spikes in volume that were clearly not accurate. Management is abhorrent and clearly couldn't care less. They seem to answer to no one.I've run a CREDIT on my account for last THREE YEARS. I missed that it ran out and they were going to turn my water off because of $100 balance - which amounts to 2 weeks of billing. Makes ZERO sense. F-
