My workers comp claim started out smoothly and has took a turn into a complete nightmare!! My foot was ran over by a forklift while I was training someone and broke three metatarsal bones in my left foot. The orthopedic wrote a note to my job pulling me out of work for three weeks until a follow up xray to determine how much I've healed and what type of restriction i would have when returning to work. My hr manager then calls the doctor and had him to re write another not stating that I had been released without me even knowing and In the mean time stopped my weekly TTD benefits. I called Whitley Law Firm when this whole thing started. They didn't take my case right away but Kendall returned my call right away and and gave me Great advice as to how to go about working my way through this. She also advised me that I didn't need a lawyer at the time witch is a very honest piece of advice considering they couldve just as easily took me to the bank for nothing. Honesty has always been my policy when doing business. If you ever need legal advice or a trained ear to keep youon track legally I HIGHLY recommend this firm..it looks like I may need an attorney after all and you know who I'm calling. Yup you guessed it..WHITLEY..Theyre AWSOME!!Thank you so much you guys not only say you care but really show it!!
