To be accurate in this review, Wildman service was just fine until about October 2018. They had been our vendor for paper products and mats for some number of years. But it all changed in Oct 2018 when they suddenly "found" invoices going back to March that they said were never paid. I paid 1 that I could not find had been paid, but sent proof of payment for the rest. Then I started getting demands from a collection company with a STACK of 18 invoices they said were not paid. Of those 18, five had not been paid, and I promptly sent payment. But the saga with their collection company goes on despite my having sent proof of payment for EVERY single invoice. Their billing department gets a minus 5. The good thing is that I found Janitor Supply to replace Wildman as our vendor, and they have been awesome. Their prices beat Wildman by 15 to 20%. I wish they had started demanding I pay invoices sooner.
