This company sucks. On the phone for 20min with help desk. Then they said a tech would be out to fix the problem. 3hr later no one is here and no contacted me.

Our cable is out on a Saturday afternoon we called got the help desk in Arkansas or Alabama and were told no one works on weekends so we have no television until Monday shows that for great service

I was on the call for almost 4 minutes and never did get to what the problem was with out tv. The operator continually ask me for my name and phone numbers.I gave up. Meanwhile we will watch Sunday afternoon football in Spanish.

Their internet is very fast... but having been installed on the 17th, I got my bill for my triple play on the 1st and it was over $500!! This was after prepaying $180+ and having to wait 2 weeks for them to get a line to our house. Apparently we have to pay through the 14 days and then pre-pay through the next month! Way to ambush a new customer and new person to the state right before christmas. We won't be keeping our tv service after our time that we paid for runs out, back to hulu, Netflix, and sling for us! My kids thank you for less presents under the tree.
