Forget about being shown any kind of mercy if you lose your job and are struggling! Single mom, two kids, lost job, and Wilson energy shut me off over $462. Just a month past due and they shut down all utilities. It’s insane to me because I’ve lived in other places where they won’t shut you down if you’re making partial payments, and will grant extensions to allow you to catch up on your bill during hard times. Maybe if my utility bills weren’t $500 a month all summer I wouldn’t have such trouble making ends meet.

I lived in countless states, cities, and town due to my job and Wilson utilities has got to the absolute worst by far. Utility prices in this tiny town are horrendous not to mention the "so called" employees, who never have a correct answer to any of your questions, they are rude and unprofessional and can never seem to get to you in a timely manner if they ever get to you at all Wilson utilities department you get 1 star from if I could cut it in half I would.

Not even a star from us!! Terrible, HORRIBLE, place to deal with!!!! They charge whatever they want. An inconsiderate, money-hungry corporate!!!! All I can say is they have to face their maker one day!!!!

Bill is higher than rent, even tho main power breaker is off all month, disconnected service and lawsuit pending
