Client Review on Wrights Licensing

If there was a way to give them a -1 I would. First off, my husband and I are getting a small loan because I want to boost our scores, we have no debt and therefore score is low. The lender says all I have to do is add them to our registration. I call Wrights and talk to a gal and I explained what was going on and asked how I add the lender. If I have the title I can come in, if I didn't have the title both my husband and I had to come in. Ok, I go home and couldn't find the title. We both go in together the next day. The man up front is super nice, we get everything going and for whatever reason he didn't use the lender, he put in my credit union in as the lender - probably because I just handed him a check. Anyway, we leave. Then I notice as I'm getting ready to send the paperwork to the lender that the wrong establishment was listed. OH NO! so I call Wrights back, they said if I come back in they'll switch it. So I go back, nope, can't switch lenders without my husband. We canceled the whole thing, I got my check back and decided I'd just have to come back. The thing is, my husband is in construction, they're swamped right now, he can't just come in and has been working late. I found the title a couple days ago, whoo hoo! I got the husband to sign and I gathered everything up and went BACK to Wrights. Now they're telling me it doesn't matter, BOTH of us have to be there.Okay, so I understand they don't make the rules. But come on . . . . . why was I given bad information? Shouldn't they be educating their staff on the rules?Now the entire time the man up front was very nice. There was one woman in particular that seemed rude and like she's probably been doing this WAAAAY to long and is done with customer service. She's got her arms crossed and is asking me who did I talk to the day I called in . . . . well I don't know, that was on a Thursday, today is Wednesday of the next week. And what is this woman going to do about it? Does it really matter who gave me bad info when nothing can come of it and change my situation? Or does she just want the pleasure of chewing out an employee? Some people need that I guess.Like I said, I know there are rules, but damn, make sure you all know what those rules are so that people like me aren't getting jerked around three times in a seven day period. And when you see I'm getting jerked around maybe try APOLOGIZING TO ME instead of looking for someone to blame! Don't stand there with your arms crossed and quip at me that you told me last week blah blah blah, no you didn't. How about "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, when your husband is available we'd like the chance to help you and get this going" ?????CUSTOMER SERVICE . . . . . LOOK IT UP! I won't be going back and I'll be warning all my friends.
