Feedback:

Spotty service and then they raise my bill with no notice and charge twice as much for 100 megabytes as I was paying for 300 megs with Cox. And Google fiber was 50 a month for 1 terabyte of service and wtc is almost 80 for 100 megabytes ridiculously expensive!!!

I used to love them but after 2 yrs of paying my bill on time they couldn't give me 2 months of leeway on my bill after my brother/ roommate got his foot amputated and we couldn't pay the bill I will never recommend them to anyone and I will for sure never give them my business ever again if I could rate them a zero I would have?????✌✌

Internet service is incredibly spotty even with using their equipment. Having a monopoly is the only reason they survive. The downgrade from other providers to moving to Wamego is insane. For the same speeds you easily pay $15-20 more and it is not consistent at all. Employees are very friendly and helpful but the terrible product is the reason for the low review.

We love this company! They do such a professional job and it always looks good (technicians take the extra time to make it look tidy). I will recommend this company to anyone looking for an internet solution for their business. We can't wait until they have residential available in Manhattan!

We moved from Manhattan to Wamego in January. Was really looking forward to the fast fiber internet, and it has not disappointed!! We love it! Also really like the TV service and the whole home DVR is a hit in our house with everyone. Highly recommend.
