I just recently started working for Xtra Mile Marketing Solutions as an administrative assistant, I absolutely love it so far. My brother has worked for this company for just under a year and is now going to run his own business in Akron, so there are many many opportunities for growth here! This is such a positive atmosphere to work in. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I actually look forward to coming to work everyday!

Love everything about my job here! I have a flexible schedule and I have had the opportunity to grow so quickly within Xtra Mile Marketing! I am an administrative assistant here and I love coming to work everyday! Such great atmosphere because everyone is supportive. I have never felt like I was less than the other employees. This is a job I actually enjoy and my boss encourages me even if I mess something up.

Just a fair warning to those applying for a "marketing position" in this company; I was sketched out that there were only positive reviews and no middle range to bad reviews on this company, and I never understood how they kept getting my resume. Come to find out, they are going on job boards, and posing as other companies saying they are hiring you as a "marketing manager" under different LLC's. When I had the phone interview, I asked what platforms they marketed their clients products, and he didn't understand the question. When I rephrased my question, I got the answer I was expecting. You are sent to events to set up a table and sell products. You are marketer as much as a car salesman is. Please don't waste your time thinking you will get marketing experience from this company as you are just a salesman, and your pay is based on commissions.
