Within the first few weeks of Texas Tuff Stain & Seal starting with Xurli, our account rep left the company. We had no idea of why she was not returning our calls & nothing was being done on our account. Frankly, we thought we had been scammed. We were very unhappy customers. Needless to say, our new account manager had a lot to overcome & his hands full. We were not very nice at this point. We were very lucky to get Ahmad Tools as our new account manager! He not only calmed us down, he walked us through everything that should have happened in the past & what he would do personally for us from now on. He has followed through completely for us! We have not gotten the full results we are wanting yet, but have complete confidence that Ahmad will make that happen for us. Ahmad is wonderful; he has even taught me the things I need to do to help our company grow. I feel that we are a Power Team working together to make our company successful! As we all know, I’m not doing business with Xurli, I am doing business with Ahmad! Side Note: For the last 25 years, my “real” job is in advertising specific to the multi-family market. I have sales teams in DFW, Houston, Austin & San Antonito. I strive to teach my sales reps to do exactly what Ahmad has done for us! Great job Ahmad, & thank you so very much!!!
