I initially started working with Bo and his team at my last CU as a temporary arrangement and ended up with a long term contract. After meeting Bo, Haley and Marne at the LCUL convention last summer, I knew the would be a good fit fort me. We began talking about working together at the beginning of 2019 with our on-boarding in late February. It's been all uphill since then. They have pushed us out of our comfort zone and given us the presence we were lacking. They are fun and friendly, but easily transform into serious taskmasters. Everything I've asked of them has been well received and quickly managed. We have not agreed on all tactics, but I have felt very comfortable in standing my ground and having some deep dialogue that brought us to a clear direction. When spending this kind of money, I want results and the results are really starting to show just 3 months in. I'm very pleased with this partnership. Best move I've made!
