At Zenith Acquisitions you are part of more than just a company. Zenith acquisitions is a company that embraces a family atmosphere where what you say and do matters. Since the first day I started I felt so welcomed and comfortable. From the recruiting to the management/ training team everyone was so positive and helpful. Working here you are constantly being challenged to be out of your comfort zone and it helped me grow as an individual. This type of work environment is fast paced. I also really like how your growth is determined on how hard you work, not many company's work this way. My only advice to management is to keep doing what you are doing. You can really tell that the manager really cares about what is going on with the company. From my first day of training to me learning how to train others myself I felt as if my voice really mattered to the company.

This is definitely a place for those that want to grow, both professionally and personally. Management provides a team-oriented environment where one can progress quickly and continue to learn new skills. Through the training program new employees can expect to learn sales and communication skills immediately and quickly earn the opportunity to become an integral part of the recruiting and training processes. Personally, I like being in an environment where I'm constantly encouraged to continue learning. I find that I'm most fulfilled when I'm growing and I like surrounding myself with people who feel similarly. It's unlike any place I've ever worked.
