Crappy, crappy, crappy customer service. I've placed four trouble calls within the past two weeks and still have no resolution whatsoever. No call backs as promised from the Customer Service Reps who said technicians would call me back. Piss-poor product and piss-poor customer service. I'd appreciate it if someone would reach out to me from this organization to get the software problem resolved.
